First ever Family Portrait!
So after a long wait our little girl finally entered the world. ON MY BIRTHDAY! 12 1/2hrs of labour is not exactly what I had planned for my birthday but the outcome was so much more than i could ever have imagined. Emily was born on October 2 at 12:35pm (South African time - 8:35pm Aussie time) she weighed a tiny 2.73kgs (not the 3.3kgs that the doc had estimated only hours earlier) and a big 46.3cms long. I will keep this brief as it is late and I am tired and really I think right now everyone just wants to see pics. I promise I will post more in the days to come.

Congratulations, Char!!! Bet Riley is one happy kid now....as well as Brad....I know we will get to see many more pics shortly.....so another billy lid to add to the collection....Grandma Ivy is thrilled pink with the news....
Congratulation to you both again. Can't wait to see you guys at christmas but for now will have to just see the pices on line. We are so happy for you and miss you guys tio bits. All our love Dave and Mandy. And Riley and emily Uncle Dave and Aunty Mandy miss and love you heaps.
She is so gorgeous!! I love her already. You guys cooked up another gorgeous kid! I can't wait to see her in person. (and i suppose the rest of you too) LOL!
